An Evening of Meditation + Service

Join the community at Zia Yoga & Wellness and Volunteers from Free Mom Hugs for an evening of meditation, community, and service.

We'll begin the evening with a calming and uplifting meditation focused on global healing and connecting to the universal energy that sustains us all, led by Zia's Founder, Kristin Schultz. Then, we will work together to craft yarn pom-poms to gift as "portable hugs" and tokens of love and acceptance to the LGBTQIA+ community at upcoming Free Mom Hugs events. 

• No prior meditation or crafting experience is needed.

• Comfortable options for sitting on chairs, the floor, or being reclined during the meditation will be available. Pom-pom-making materials will be provided and we will teach you how to make them.

• Please dress in comfortable layers and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a labeled pair of sharp scissors if you have them.
